Shipping & Delivery

Last updated 8 November 2026

Every order ships from China. This page explains where your goods come from, how long each stage takes, how freight is charged, and who pays import duty and GST.

1. Where your order ships from

All goods are dispatched from Guangzhou, China. Our suppliers are located in Dongguan, Shenzhen and Shandong, and stock is consolidated in Guangzhou before export. We do not hold stock in Australia.

2. Delivery times

Your delivery is made up of four separate stages. Only the first stage is under our control, so we quote it as a commitment and the rest as carrier estimates.

StageWhat to expect
Order confirmationWe confirm stock, freight and the total by email, normally within 1 business day.
Dispatch — in stockDispatched within 48 hours of cleared payment.
Dispatch — made to orderAllow 10–15 days production before dispatch. We tell you which applies before you pay.
Transit to Australia8–10 business days after dispatch. This is the carrier’s estimate, not a guarantee.
Delivery to your addressNormally 0–1 business day after arrival in Australia.
In plain terms

Goods in stock usually reach you in about 2 weeks. Goods made to order usually reach you in about 4 weeks. These are typical figures, not promises — please do not book installers against them.

Chinese New Year is the one predictable exception: factories in Guangdong and Shandong close for two to three weeks and freight space becomes tight in the weeks either side. If your order falls near it, we will say so at quote stage.

3. How freight is charged

Freight is quoted on the actual order, not taken from a flat rate table. It depends on the weight and carton dimensions of what you buy, your delivery postcode, and the service level you choose. We calculate it and add it to your quote before you pay anything; you approve both the goods cost and the freight before we proceed.

Product pages show quantity tiers for the goods only. Freight is always separate and always quoted before payment.

4. Import duty and GST — who pays

This depends on the declared customs value of the consignment.

Under A$1,000 — delivered duty paid (DDP)

We ship DDP. The freight figure we quote includes carriage, export clearance and import clearance charges. Nothing further is collected from you at delivery.

Over A$1,000 — delivered at place (DAP)

At current pricing this applies to our largest quantity tier (20,000 pieces of either anchor). We deliver to your address, but import clearance charges, any duty, and Australian GST at 10% are payable by you to the customs broker or carrier before release. We tell you at quote stage whenever a tier crosses this line, and we show the total you will actually pay.

We will not split an order to stay under the threshold

Australian Border Force treats goods sent to the same address on the same day as one consignment. Dividing one order into several shipments to keep each below A$1,000 is treated as structuring, and we do not do it. If a tier crosses the line, it ships DAP and you see the landed cost before you commit.

5. Tracking

We email the carrier name and tracking number once the goods leave Guangzhou. Tracking on economy services sometimes stops at the Australian gateway; if it has not moved for several days, email us and we will chase the forwarder rather than ask you to.

6. Mixed orders

If an order combines goods in stock with goods made to order, we ask before splitting it. Splitting usually means paying freight twice, so most customers prefer to wait for one shipment.

7. Delays outside our control

Carrier schedules, customs inspection, weather, port congestion and peak season can all add days. Transit times are carrier estimates. Where a delay is on our side — a production delay, or goods not dispatched within the times above — we will tell you as soon as we know, not when you chase us.

8. Questions

Email sales@mofankesupply.com with your order number. We reply within 1 business day, Guangzhou time (UTC+8).
